One thing i like about lightshot is the fact that is it easy to use and it uses your default screen capture keyboard shortcuts and it even allows you to select the region you would like to take a screenshot of. One thing that really does make this screen capture program different is the fact that instead of taking a screenshot, posting it in word, or saving it somewhere on your computer, this one just gives you a link to that screen shot like this. Although one down side is that it is not available for mac but it can easily be downloaded here
This is really just a tricked out dock that you can very easily download here, this is one of the most popular utilities is so called "making your windows computer look like a mac" so really, its not much use to mac users so its not available for mac.
This is one of the lesser known docks that dont come with the PC itself and personally i think it runs quite a bit smoother than RocketDock but this just doesn't have as much direct theme support (you have to try them both to get what i mean). This one can be downloaded at this link and there is also a pro version if you would like a couple of more features. I just got a few less bugs and glitches using this one than that of which i got with RocketDock
Rainmeter
This... to be honest i am not sure what it exactly does, all i know it the fact that is is simply amazing, it can do many things from simply show you how much space you have left in your hard drive, to just make your computer look freaking amazing, and it can be donloaded right here
Now this, is a very basic but very effective more mode of clearing up and organizing your desktop and like nexus there is also a pro version available if you would like more features and it can be downloaded here
Windows 7 Start Orb Changer
This is a very cool utility, i am quite sure this was not developed by an entire company, like the other ones but this one was by one person, and he has done quite a few others and takes windows customization to a whole new level, plus the fact that... its free! DreamScene Activator
Some of you may, or may not have heard of windows dreamscene, well for those of you who havent, it is sort of a patch that allows you to set videos as your desktop Background and up until i heard of this application by the very talented Kishan Bagaria, it was not the easiest thing to get and make it work, now this is very simple, you download, click on the slider and pretty much down. It can be downloaded from this link and hope you enjoy it
Deskspace
This really is one of the really enjoyable programs that i have on my computer because, i dont know if i am a clutter freak but i just hate it when i have a bunch of windows open and i minimize time after time to get to something (yes i know i can just click the icon in the taskbar but o well) this allows you six desktops to spread your windows... just have a look for yourself over here
